Fluent in Mandarin, Qiuyi has represented local businesses and overseas investors to navigate Australian employment laws across recruitment, workplace and safety, and defending Fair Work Act
prosecutions. Having had experience in both NSW and ACT, Qiuyi has developed a well-rounded knowledge of the practice of employment laws.

- Disputes and advice in respect of contract of employment, for example restraint of trade, confidential information, gardening leave, termination of employment, etc.
- Advice relating to provisions under the Fair Work Act Awards.
- Disputes such as unfair dismissal and general protection claims, entitlements, underpayments, redundancy, compliance and enforcement.
- Defending regulatory prosecutions under the Fair Work Act
- Advising government bodies and private entities across education, professional, retail, beauty, restaurants, technology, healthcare, amusement & events, cleaning and manufacturing industries.
