Primarily practising in property law, Maryam advises clients on a broad range of property transactions, retail and commercial leasing matters, and related commercial issues. She also assists with dispute resolution matters, providing strategic advice and practical solutions to help clients achieve timely and effective outcomes.

With extensive experience advising individuals, families and businesses, Maryam has developed particular expertise in property law, leasing and commercial disputes. Her broader background across wills and estates and family law allows her to approach matters with a comprehensive understanding of the wider legal and commercial considerations that may impact her clients.

Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2013, Maryam obtained her Victorian Legal Practising Certificate in 2017. Throughout her career, she has advised clients across a range of industries and managed matters from initial advice through to resolution, whether through negotiation, settlement or litigation where required.
