FCW Lawyers has welcomed Property Lawyer, Colin McCaul, to the firm, further expanding its high-quality, full-service commercial offering for clients.

Scottish-born Colin brings 20+ years of experience working with clients in Victoria and interstate, as well as overseas, on a host of property-related matters. His practice is extensive and includes supporting residential and commercial “off the plan” property developers, commercial (and residential) sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing for both landlords and tenants including agreements for lease, joint venture and development agreements, finance and mortgage advice for both lenders and borrowers, covenant advice, and assisting with property disputes as and when they arise.

Prior to joining FCW Lawyers, Colin has worked with several national firms as well as in-house, allowing him to bring that much-coveted “commercial insight” that businesses value so highly from their legal advisors.
