Mark is both a Commercial Litigation and Commercial Law Specialist, accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria, and a Notary Public appointed by the Supreme Court of Victoria.
He has practiced extensively in Commercial Litigation and Commercial Law for over 35 years acting on behalf of small businesses through to public companies.
Mark takes a particular interest in resolving complex disputes between business owners and insolvency issues with an emphasis on reaching settlements through mediation.
Additionally, as a Notary Public, Mark is able to assist with matters including witnessing and authenticating the execution of documents, administration of affidavits and statutory declarations and acknowledgments of deeds for foreign and international business.
