A senior lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial team, Holly’s legal practice is best described as “hands on” and “down-to-earth”. Since hailing from the sandy beaches of Newcastle NSW, Holly has worked exclusively in boutique commercial law firms in Sydney before joining FCW Lawyers (including 6+ years with Ledlin Lawyers who merged with FCW Lawyers in 2023).

With expertise in the complexities of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA), Holly helps her clients to navigate the PPSA scheme and customer insolvency by ensuring that security interests are protected in commercial contracts and PPSR registrations are perfected.
