FCW Lawyers today announced Melbourne-based commercial litigation firm, Harrick Lawyers would be joining forces with FCW Lawyers (FCW) effective 5 January 2022.
The team of five, led by founder Mark Harrick, will establish the firm’s commercial litigation practice group complementing FCW’s expertise and providing clients with national litigation and insolvency support. The merge maintains FCW’s national expansion and continues its journey toward a full service, national commercial firm.

Senior Associates, Caroline Skeoch and Catriona Battaglia, Lawyer Natalie Rossi and Para-legal Priscilla Chengabraydoo will join Mark in the merge bringing 60 plus years’ combined experience assisting clients to resolve commercial and property disputes and address insolvency challenges.
