• Claims by Liquidators and Trustees in bankruptcy including preference claims and claims for dispositions of property prior to liquidation or bankruptcy and loans owing by directors
• Director’s duties: Litigation against directors by Liquidators/ASIC under the Corporations Act for breach of duty or trading whilst insolvent.
