The resulting merged firm will be known as FCW Lawyers. 

The firm now comprises a team of 25 across Sydney and Melbourne, giving clients an expanded service offering in a wider range of industries and locations, whilst remaining agile and responsive in meeting client needs.

In a recent media release, Mark Allen stated,

Having a presence in Melbourne has been on our radar for some time. The start-up space there is vibrant. To be able to join a firm that will be able to not only enhance our service offering but also give us a presence in Melbourne is an exciting opportunity for our team.

For existing Aperion clients, all current matters will continue as is, however under the firm, FCW Lawyers.
